Terms and Conditions — Referral Bonus Scheme

1. Licensees/Tenants who licensed/leased The Bauhinia Serviced Apartments – Central currently (“the referrer”) would be entitled to this referral bonus scheme (“the scheme”), instead of the occupants thereto.

2. The new letting/lease of such new tenant so referred shall be committed before the referrer’s licence/lease expiry.

3. The scheme is valid for the said new letting/lease for a term of 3 months or above with commencement date on or before 30 June 2026.

4. The scheme is applicable to the said new letting/lease with all payment settled and agreement signed before lease commencement date only.

5. Referrer should not be the same person as such new tenant.

6. By no means should anything herein contained be construed as any form of partnership or co-operation of similar nature between referrer and The Bauhinia Hotel Management Limited and/or affiliated companies or associated companies and/or related companies of The Bauhinia Hotel Management Limited, including but not limited to landlord’s company; nor is there any relationship between referrer and The Bauhinia Hotel Management Limited and/or affiliated companies or associated companies and/or related companies of The Bauhinia Hotel Management Limited, including but not limited to landlord’s company as employer and employee, principal and agent, partnership, or whatsoever nature.

7. The Bauhinia Hotel Management Limited and/or affiliated companies or associated companies and/or related companies of The Bauhinia Hotel Management Limited, including but not limited to landlord’s company has the sole and absolute discretion in determining a referrer’s eligibility for participating in the scheme. If The Bauhinia Hotel Management Limited and/or affiliated companies or associated companies and/or related companies of The Bauhinia Hotel Management Limited, including but not limited to landlord’s company discovers at any time, whether during or after the scheme, that any referrer has submitted false or misleading information or failed to comply with these terms and conditions, The Bauhinia Hotel Management Limited and/or affiliated companies or associated companies and/or related companies of The Bauhinia Hotel Management Limited, including but not limited to landlord’s company is entitled to disqualify the referrer from participating in and entitling to the scheme and receiving the bonus. If a referrer is disqualified, the bonus may be subsequently revoked and reclaimed.

8. To the maximum extent permissible by law, The Bauhinia Hotel Management Limited and/or affiliated companies or associated companies and/or related companies of The Bauhinia Hotel Management Limited, including but not limited to landlord’s company shall not be liable in any way to any person or any party for any direct or indirect loss, damage or injury (whether or not it is foreseeable) arising from or in connection with the scheme or any matter incidental thereto.

9. The Bauhinia Hotel Management Limited and/or affiliated companies or associated companies and/or related companies of The Bauhinia Hotel Management Limited, including but not limited to landlord’s company reserve the right to interpret and/or amend these Terms and Conditions. For any dispute arising from this scheme, The Bauhinia Hotel Management Limited and/or affiliated companies or associated companies and/or related companies of The Bauhinia Hotel Management Limited, including but not limited to landlord’s company reserve the right of final decision. All decisions of The Bauhinia Hotel Management Limited and/or affiliated companies or associated companies and/or related companies of The Bauhinia Hotel Management Limited, including but not limited to landlord’s company shall be final, conclusive and binding on all referrers.

10. The Bauhinia Hotel Management Limited and/or affiliated companies or associated companies and/or related companies of The Bauhinia Hotel Management Limited, including but not limited to landlord’s company reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, vary, withdraw, replace or change any term(s) and condition(s) of this scheme without prior notice and without compensation of whatsoever nature. In the event of any dispute, decisions of The Bauhinia Hotel Management Limited and/or affiliated companies or associated companies and/or related companies of The Bauhinia Hotel Management Limited, including but not limited to landlord’s company shall be final, conclusive and binding on all referrers.
